Volunteer Participation Program (VPP)
Online Reimbursement Request

When you registered a $35 VPP fee was paid as part of your child's registration, if you have questions about the VPP program (click). East Lake Soccer is a volunteer organization and your help enhances the experience all participants, THANK YOU! Use the following form to notify ELSA that you have fulfilled your VPP requirement.

  • 6 hours VPP = $35 reimbursement (one player)
  • 12 hours VPP = $35 reimbursement per player (all players from a family)

Note: To keep processing manageable, checks are written and mailed the first week of the month (one time each month).
